How do I upload files?

Open the folder you want, click ADD FILES at the top-right, select files or drag and drop, then click UPLOAD FILES.

Note: You may need one page refresh to preview full-size images after upload.

Which file types are supported?

Current support includes image files (.jpg, .png) and video files (.mp4, H.264 .mov).

Support for additional non-imagery files (.pdf, .docx, .xlsx, .csv) and more raw image types is planned.

How do I share my projects and files?

Projects must be public to share. Toggle PUBLIC in the project view, then use the share action to copy the project URL.

Anyone with the shared URL can view the files in that public project.

How do orders work?

Send projects and digital invoices with one link. Files stay behind a watermarked paywall until the customer pays.

After payment, customers receive confirmation and download access, and can create a free dashboard account to view order history.

Payments are handled through Stripe Connect. Sensitive payment details are not stored by Paypixl.

How do I create an order?

From the dashboard, click CREATE ORDER, enter customer details, then add and price line items. Add comments and additional line items as needed.

What is a transaction fee?

Paypixl's 3% transaction fee includes Stripe Connect costs (2.90% + $0.30 per transaction) plus payout handling fees.

What is a platform fee?

The platform fee covers use of Paypixl, image processing, storage, server costs, and overhead.

Who pays the transaction and platform fees?

The pilot chooses this when creating the invoice. If passed to the customer, fees are added to invoice total. If not, fees are deducted from pilot payout.
